Birthday Presents And Christmas Gifts For Your Best Friend

I'm one of the lucky ones, I have a best friend. Not everyone gets one and psychologists say you should always aim to have a good group of friends, that having a best friend is not only rare, but highly romanticized and over rated, I can tell you that it is not. I have a gorgeous group of friends and they are wonderful, we connect, we laugh, we can be honest with each other about all sorts of things, good and bad, we have a lot of fun and I know I can call or text them on a bad day and they know they can do the same. But my Bestie and I have something completely different going on, there is just something really comfortable and familiar about her, we have the same sense of humor, we have the same ethics and morals, it's like we live in the same bubble and I personally believe she is one of the most selfless and giving of all people, I have a lot of respect for her and how she lives her life.

First of all, she is a support worker for people who have disabilities such as Aspergers and down syndrome, she teaches them life skills so they can be more independent. She has learned sign language so she can help deaf people get out and socialize, she is also a vegetarian for health reasons. If I were to guess what her life motto is, what her life meaning and core belief is, it would be "Everyone deserves an easy path in this life, especially those in society who are most vulnerable." She is also a collector of lost souls, I happen to be one of them. If you have ever seen one of those YouTube videos where someone finds a dog which was starving, almost to the point of death with a horrendous infection as an added bonus, then this amazing person picks up the dog, takes it home and nurses it back to health, that was probably what my soul looked like before we found each other, and that is what she did for me. She also helped me learn how to heal myself and that is the most amazing thing of all.

So in the spirit of your best friend, people who you think the world of, someone who you think is one of the most irreplaceable of people and the world would never be the same without them in it, that it certainly would be a worse place, I present my range of mugs for best friends, starting with my Besties favorite color.

Practising Gratitude

According to modern culture I have not succeeded in fulfilling any of societies expectations. I didn't go to university and get a diploma. My husband is the breadwinner who goes out and earns our households single wage, instead of going out to work I stay at home and nurture the children. For this reason we don't have a brand new car with personalized number plates, we have a 12 year old station wagon with powdering paint on the roof. We don't own our own home which we designed and built with all the new fittings according to the newest trends, we rented the best out of the cheapest houses we could find.
